The Sport
Park golf began in Japan in 1983 as a one-club game on dedicated park courses. We kept what makes it great, easy to learn, social and gentle on the body, and rebuilt the equipment so it plays on the golf courses America already has.
Traditional Asian park golf
America Park Golf · AG70
A full swing with a larger 50 mm ball. Beginners hit good shots in their first round, so nobody spends a season on the range before they can play.
A natural sweeping motion with less twisting load on the back, hips and knees than a full golf swing or a fast-reaction court sport.
Grandparents, parents and kids play the same tees in the same foursome. An 18-hole round takes under two hours.
Patented Equipment
Four clubs cover every shot on a park golf course: off the tee, down the fairway, out of trouble and into the cup. Every AG70 club is made in the USA with a 100% stainless steel head of approximately 400 g for a solid, confident strike. Shaft length is fitted to each customer's request, and reversible heads let left- and right-handed players share one set.
Club technology protected by U.S. Patent No. 11,583,728 B2. Made in USA · 100% stainless steel heads · approx. 400 g · custom shaft lengths. Official ball: 50 mm diameter, built for true roll on golf-course turf.
Where to Play
Dedicated park golf courses are rare in America. Short golf courses are not. The National Golf Foundation counts 1,538 Par-3 and Executive facilities across the country, and more than 80% of Par-3 courses allow public play. Our clubs make every one of them a park golf course.
Golf courses
Play from forward markers into the course's existing standard hole cups. Courses add a new player group on weekday mornings with no construction cost.
Public spaces
A layout fits underused park land. Holes follow APGA lengths: Par 3 under 100 yards, Par 4 under 200 and Par 5 under 300.
Indoors
Famous championship courses, formatted for park golf distances, playable year-round in senior centers, clubs and homes.
New Course Development
While traditional 18-hole regulation construction has remained conservative, short courses have made up about one-third of new course openings in recent years. Resorts and municipal operators are choosing them for lower land requirements, quicker rounds of under two hours, and an easy entry point for beginners and seniors.
Land
An APGA Par 70 course fits on a fraction of the land a regulation course needs, which opens up parks, resort grounds and smaller private parcels.
Time
Shorter holes keep a full 18-hole round under two hours, so players fit golf into a morning and courses turn more tee times each day.
Access
Beginners, seniors and families can play a complete round from day one. AG70 clubs make the same course work for park golf and traditional short-game play.
America Park Golf Simulator · powered by XimFitX
The Park Golf Simulator brings the whole sport indoors and plays it all year. A patented optical array in the ceiling tracks the 50 mm park golf ball and the AG70 clubs, then sends every shot down the fairway of a world-famous course or an APGA Par 70 park golf course. The floor stays completely clear, so players with wheelchairs, walkers or canes swing freely and nobody trips over a sensor or cable.
Patented technology
Most golf simulators put a launch monitor on the floor beside the ball. Ours puts the entire tracking system in the ceiling. The OS-2000 optical array uses high-speed stereoscopic cameras with synchronized optical strobing to capture the club and ball at impact, from above, with nothing on the hitting surface.
Two synchronized high-speed cameras see every shot in three dimensions.
Strobed light freezes the club and ball at the moment of impact for a clean measurement.
Sub-millimeter clubhead delivery tracking across every game and training mode.
Launch data appears on screen right after the shot, so players see the result and the cause together.
The Park Golf Simulator and the AG70 park golf clubs are each protected by U.S. patents held by our companies. The simulator software follows official APGA rules, handicap scoring and tournament standards.
Shot data
| Measurement | What it tells the player |
|---|---|
| Clubhead path & face angle | Why the ball started left or right, measured to fractions of a degree |
| Launch angle | How high the ball left the clubface for each of the four clubs |
| Ball speed | How much energy reached the ball |
| Spin vector | Backspin and sidespin that shape flight and roll |
| Carry & roll-out | How far the ball flew and how far it rolled on the turf |
| Distance to target | How close the shot finished, for scoring and practice games |
Physics engine
Standard golf simulators are tuned only for a regular golf ball. Ours has a dedicated park golf engine.
True-to-life flight paths for the larger park golf ball.
Real surface friction, low-trajectory bounce and how the ball accelerates, rolls and settles.
Calibrated loft and weight for the AG70 driver, fairway, recovery club and two-way putter.
The software suggests the right club for the distance remaining, which helps new players learn fast.
Play
100+ digitized championship courses, formatted for park golf distances, with real elevation, doglegs, water hazards and multi-tier greens.
Par 70 park golf layouts built to the APGA standard, with standard golf cups and fast green play.
Complete course strategy from the first tee to the last putt, or a quick nine.
Stroke play, match play, skins, foursomes and team scramble.
A full family or a league group shares one bay and one scorecard.
Set wind, morning or afternoon light, and green speed for any season.
Practice & brain games
Gamified modules build skill, and several also exercise memory and focus, which makes them a natural fit for active-aging programs.
Tee and fairway practice with instant distance, launch angle and roll-out.
Concentric scoring rings from 20 to 80 yards for distance control.
Precision shots across a chain of island greens ringed by water and sand.
Memorize a colored target pattern, then hit the targets in order.
Connected play
Live head-to-head matches and multi-player events with friends, club members or players in other cities.
APGA members get a handicap calculated from course difficulty, conditions and shot history, with live leaderboards and seasonal points.
Official online scores are verified through camera telemetry and smartwatch integration, so simulator rounds can count in sanctioned APGA events.
Safety & accessibility
No floor sensors, raised wires or equipment boxes anywhere in the hitting area.
The open bay fits wheelchairs, walkers and canes, and seated players can swing freely.
A natural sweeping motion gives cardio and core exercise without heavy twisting on the back, hips or knees.
Light swing, a larger ball and simple rules make it an easy first sport for kids.
One bay, six engines
The same patented bay runs six simulation engines, so a facility buys once and offers several activities.

AG70 clubs, 50 mm ball, APGA courses and famous fairways.
Engine
100+ world courses, online play and practice diagnostics.

Simulator FAQ
Only the AG70 clubs and the 50 mm park golf ball, which come with the bay. Traditional golfers can use their own golf clubs in the golf engine.
Yes. APGA members' simulator scores are verified and feed the World Global Ranking System, and official events can run as hybrid or multi-site tournaments.
The floor is completely level with no sensors or cords, and the bay is wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers. The swing is low-impact.

Market Opportunity
America's senior population is growing every year, golf participation is at a two-decade high, and older adults need a sport that keeps them moving without putting them at risk. Park golf sits where those three trends meet.
From golf
If 5% of America's 29 million on-course golfers reach senior age each year, that is roughly 1.45 million players annually looking for a shorter, easier game they can keep playing for decades.
From pickleball
Pickleball injuries treated in U.S. emergency rooms nearly quadrupled from 2018 to 2025, and older players are hurt at a disproportionate rate. Park golf offers social, outdoor play without sprints, fast reactions or a ball flying at your face.
Generation 1
Retirees and active adults, our core player. 65+ Americans already outnumber the population of most countries.
Generation 2
Seniors bring grandkids. The larger ball and short holes make it a first sport kids can actually play with adults.
Generation 3
Kids bring their parents. One family outing becomes three new players and a standing weekend tee time.
Worldwide
Korea's park golf courses grew from 254 in 2020 to 552 in 2025. Registered players rose from about 45,000 to nearly 230,000, and the real number playing is estimated above 600,000.
Worldwide
The share of the world's population age 65+ is projected to nearly double, from 10.5% in 2025 to 19.6% by 2060. Japan, where park golf was born, is already at 29.7%.
Simulators
The global golf simulator market was about $2 billion in 2024 and is forecast to reach $4 billion by 2034, with North America the leading region.
